Coordinating and collaborating directly with the creative director and Diamond District production facilities to achieve timely jewelry production and delivery while streamlining operations processes like production workflows and tracking systems for the rapidly expanding fine jewelry luxury brand.
  • Analyze website for UX/UI suggestions; relay potential edits directly to the Creative Director and Brand Director to discuss changes

Human Capital Strategy Consultant & Analyst    
Led the creation of communications materials and strategic reports for various projects, enhancing stakeholder satisfaction and providing key insights for decision-making. Conducted both qualitative and quantitative research to identify needs and improve data accuracy across different sectors, including higher education, healthcare, and electric vehicles.
  • Higher Education:  Increased stakeholder interaction and engagement of new learning management software by 73% at nationally top-ranked public university by developing over 50 strategic communications (sent via Mailchimp and Drupal) and organizing 2 promotional marketing campaigns

  • Industry Research: Performed secondary research and analysis on electric vehicle market trends, policy, infrastructure, and supply chains to support the proposal of a new EV workstream to Deloitte leadership
  • Healthcare: Identified 4 additional online training portal requirements for nurse-end-users by designing a survey that revealed new insights into training needs
